By activating the SuperCooling function before you go shopping, the temperature is lowered for a short time to keep your new food at the right temperature. The temperature is lowered at the touch of a button (by a minimum of 2°C). To avoid wasting energy, the operation automatically returns to the original conditions after about 6 hours.
Protects frozen food from thawing.
When you add new food to the freezer, the internal temperature of the freezer increases, which can lead to food thawing and loss of flavour. The SuperFreezing function ensures that new food will freeze quickly and thus protects the remaining contents of the freezer from defrosting. Appliances with automatic freezing function return to normal operation when they reach the required temperature to avoid wasting energy. The result is that your frozen foods retain their taste, even when new foods are added.
Constant temperature for more freshness.
Changes in refrigerator temperature can affect the taste and shelf life of food.With the Eco Airflow system, your food stays fresh for longer, thanks to the even distribution of humidity and temperature.
Never defrost your fridge again.
Defrosting a fridge by hand can be very inconvenient and time-consuming. Thanks to our new refrigerators with Full NoFrost, you can easily remove this task from your to-do list for good. Unlike conventional refrigerators, the air humidity in a Full NoFrost refrigerator is permanently collected in a central cooling unit, which automatically defrosts itself frequently. The resulting condensed water vapour is simply channelled out of the refrigerator, where it then evaporates. This way Full NoFrost keeps your fridge permanently ice-free, but also without the need to defrost it yourself.
Advanced door shelves
Thanks to their higher walls, the new, transparent door shelves offer more capacity and stability. Now items such as small bottles and jars are no longer at risk of tipping over or falling off the shelves. Also, their new appearance, in a pale blue light colour, is due to a unique technology used for their manufacture.
