Simple and fair returns policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us with a clear statement (e.g. email) before the deadline expires.

3. Conditions for Returns
Products are accepted for return if they:
- Are in their original condition (unused or minimally used)
- Have complete original packaging, accessories and documents
- Have not been damaged through misuse
- Are accompanied by proof of purchase
4. Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products that have been opened and used (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made products
- Software with broken seal
- Products damaged through misuse
5. Defective Products
Under Cypriot law (Law 133(I)/2021), you are entitled to a 2-year legal warranty for defective products. If your product develops a fault within 2 years of purchase, you are entitled to:
- Repair or replacement free of charge
- Price reduction or full refund (if repair/replacement is not feasible)
6. Shipping Costs
For returns due to withdrawal: shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For defective or incorrectly sent products: shipping costs are covered by the company.
